Supportive, good questions, good analyses and great coaching, wrapped in a professional with humor

To get help with a couple of questions concerning my career, I joined a training of Dawn with participants from various European countries. At first the different backgrounds made sharing of personal information sometimes difficult. I admire the fast way in which Dawn created a positive and trusting atmosphere, where the different backgrounds were a positive addition in the learning process. In between sessions Dawn was always available to help with exercises, making sure that I understood what the core issues were that I needed to address so that I could answer my questions. A few weeks after the training I was able to make a deliberate choice between two very different job offers/career options. Two years later I can say that I have made the right choice, in sync with my personal motives and qualities.
